What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service at the register and throughout the store
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Support inventory management, stock rotation, and merchandise placement
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Assist in training and mentoring other sales associates
• Handle cash and payment processing with accuracy
• Follow Dollar General standards and company policies
• Help manage store opening and closing procedures as needed

What We're Looking For

• At least 20 years old
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including potential weekend and evening shifts
• Experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing environment (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and ability to be dependable in your schedule
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Willingness to learn and grow with Dollar General
