About the Role

This full-time CDL-A OTR position offers steady, predictable miles in food-grade tanker freight. Drivers earn $0.53–$0.55 per mile starting pay, with average weekly earnings of $1,700–$1,800 based on approximately 3,000 miles per week. Home resets valued at $200 help ensure regular time back to Texas.

What You'll Do

• Operate commercial vehicles over long distances, transporting food-grade tanker freight
• Comply with DOT hours of service regulations and maintain detailed logbooks
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
• Navigate diverse road conditions and weather while meeting delivery schedules
• Maintain professional communication with dispatch and customers throughout routes
• Follow all weight, load securement, and hazmat protocols relevant to tanker operations

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL-A license with tanker endorsement and a clean driving record
• Proven experience as an over-the-road tanker driver
• Strong commitment to safety and vehicle maintenance
• Professional, reliable communication skills
• Ability to manage multi-day routes and work independently
