About the Role
As a CDL-A flatbed truck driver with Hogan Transportation, you'll transport specialized cargo across the country in modern equipment. We seek experienced flatbed drivers who take pride in secure, professional hauling and dependable service.
What You'll Do
- Operate late-model flatbed trucks safely and efficiently on long-haul and regional routes
- Secure and transport specialized flatbed cargo according to industry standards
- Maintain accurate logs, pre-trip inspections, and vehicle maintenance records
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding load status and scheduling
- Adhere to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and company standards
What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL-A license with flatbed experience
- Clean driving record and safety-focused mindset
- Professional attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently while meeting delivery schedules
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual compensation: $89,700–$104,000
- Guaranteed minimum weekly earnings of $1,800
- Unlimited driver referral bonuses ($2,000–$3,000 per referral)
