About the Role
The Regional Supervisor of HR Business Partners oversees a team of Human Resources Business Partners and Employee Relations Specialists, translating corporate HR strategy into frontline impact. You'll direct proactive programs that support operational growth, cultivate high-performance teams, strengthen employer brand reputation, and drive employee engagement. This position bridges senior leadership and regional management, ensuring consistent, strategic HR service delivery.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor HR Business Partners and Employee Relations Specialists across your region
- Develop and implement HR programs aligned with organizational priorities and business growth objectives
- Collaborate with regional business leaders to identify talent, culture, and engagement challenges
- Guide employee relations efforts including conflict resolution, performance management, and regulatory compliance
- Build strong relationships with department heads and site leaders to understand their workforce needs
- Coach team members on professional development and ensure consistent HR service standards
- Contribute to organizational HR policy development and best-practice initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on HR business partner experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
- Strong foundation in employment law, compliance, and employee relations
- Demonstrated success building and developing HR teams
- Strategic thinking combined with practical business acumen
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities at all organizational levels
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR) preferred
- Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations valued
