About the Role
As a Workforce Strategist on Amazon's Senior Talent and Transformation team, you'll partner directly with executive leadership to reimagine how the company invests in talent and aligns workforce strategy with business objectives. You'll serve as a trusted strategic advisor, helping senior leaders make data-driven decisions about talent deployment, organizational structure, and workforce transformation initiatives across Amazon's global operations. Your insights will influence how the organization plans for growth, manages change, and develops leadership at the highest levels.
What You'll Do
- Advise Amazon's senior leadership on workforce strategy decisions and talent alignment with strategic priorities
- Develop comprehensive workforce plans and organizational transformation strategies that support business growth
- Analyze workforce data, market trends, and talent patterns to identify gaps and opportunities
- Partner across business units and geographic regions to understand talent needs and design scalable solutions
- Shape how Amazon approaches senior talent decisions and organizational effectiveness
- Communicate strategic recommendations to executives and drive implementation across the organization
What We're Looking For
- Strategic mindset with proven ability to advise senior leaders on complex talent and organizational challenges
- Experience in workforce planning, talent strategy, organizational development, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills and comfort translating data into strategic insights
- Excellent communication abilities to articulate strategy and influence across large, complex organizations
