About the Role
As Senior Finance & Sales Commission Analyst, you'll own the end-to-end commission process—from calculation and reconciliation through payment and reporting. Working within our finance operations team, you'll ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all commission activities while partnering closely with sales leadership and regional teams across our 160+ countries of operation.
What You'll Do
- Calculate, validate, and process sales commissions with precision and speed
- Design and maintain commission tracking systems, reports, and dashboards
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities
- Reconcile commission payments against sales records and financial systems
- Collaborate with sales managers and finance leadership to resolve commission inquiries and disputes
- Document commission policies and ensure consistency across our global sales organization
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual commission analyses and forecasts
- Support audits and provide detailed documentation for commission program governance
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in commission analysis, sales finance, or related accounting/analytics role
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial systems; SQL or data analytics skills a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to numerical accuracy
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA) or progress toward one preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
