About the Role
As a Universal Banker, you'll serve as a trusted financial advisor and the first point of contact for customers visiting our Zona Rosa branch. What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and understand their financial needs
- Open new accounts and explain product features and benefits
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and routine transactions
- Cross-sell appropriate banking products including checking, savings, and credit solutions
- Build lasting customer relationships through knowledgeable, friendly service
- Handle cash and ensure accuracy in all transactions
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations and security procedures
- Assist with customer inquiries and resolve any concerns
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven customer service experience
- Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales ability and interest in helping customers find the right financial products
- Comfort in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Previous banking or financial services experience is a plus
