Senior Account Executive

About the Role

In this Senior Account Executive position, you'll own the complete sales process from prospect identification through contract closure. You'll build and manage accounts that generate substantial revenue while identifying expansion opportunities that drive client success and sustainable business growth.

What You'll Do

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in your assigned territory
• Lead consultative sales conversations with C-level executives and key decision-makers
• Create and execute comprehensive account strategies to maximize client value
• Negotiate and close complex B2B contracts aligned with revenue targets
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management discipline
• Partner with customer success teams to drive account growth and client retention

What We're Looking For

• Proven ability to close enterprise or mid-market B2B sales
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent sales opportunities
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic and competitive drive
• Expertise in building strategic, long-term client relationships
• Comfortable with CRM systems and sales analytics platforms
• Located in Chicago, Cook County
