About the Role
As an Inside Sales Business Development Executive, you'll serve as a key sales contact for prospective and existing customers seeking business solutions. You'll combine consultative selling with account development to expand Quill's customer base and increase customer lifetime value.
What You'll Do
- Identify and qualify new business prospects through outbound and inbound lead activity
- Present customized solutions tailored to each customer's specific needs and objectives
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and beyond
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain organized pipeline records and provide accurate sales forecasting
- Partner with customer service and operations teams to support customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated success in inside sales, business development, or similar sales roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly establish trust and rapport with business decision-makers
- Strong work ethic and drive to consistently meet sales objectives
- Experience with CRM systems and sales management tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
- Available to work from the Park, Lake County location
