About the Role
This structured training and development program combines classroom instruction with real-world project experience. You'll gain hands-on expertise in SAP systems while working alongside experienced consultants on live materials management assignments. The program balances foundational learning with practical application, giving you the technical and professional foundation to succeed as an SAP consultant.
What You'll Learn & Do
- Master SAP Materials Management module fundamentals including inventory control, purchasing, and procurement processes
- Navigate SAP systems and execute transactions under the mentorship of senior consultants
- Participate in assigned projects to apply learning directly to business-critical processes
- Build expertise in SAP configuration, data management, and process workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and absorb enterprise software best practices
- Develop problem-solving and analytical skills essential to consulting
