Part Time Retail Merchandiser

SPAR, Inc. is actively recruiting part-time retail merchandisers for our Cle Elum, Kittitas County operation. We're building a merchandising team dedicated to maintaining strong product presentation and shelf management across our client accounts in your region.

About the Role

As a part-time retail merchandiser, you'll deliver hands-on merchandising services that help drive product availability and visual appeal in retail environments. Your schedule is built around client project timelines and needs, giving you the flexibility to work part-time while managing other commitments. You'll partner with store teams to ensure products are properly positioned, inventory is accurate, and merchandising standards are met consistently.

What You'll Do

• Stock and arrange products on shelves according to established guidelines and planograms
• Build and maintain visually appealing product displays and promotional end-caps
• Verify inventory levels and alert store management to restocking needs
• Clean, organize, and inspect merchandise areas to maintain professional presentation
• Collaborate with store staff to execute merchandising plans effectively
• Follow brand and client-specific merchandising standards and procedures
• Document completed work and report any issues or concerns encountered

What We're Looking For

• Detail-oriented approach to product merchandising and retail presentation
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with store teams
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and arrange merchandise regularly throughout shifts
• Strong reliability and professional work ethic
• Prior retail or merchandising experience is preferred but not required
