About the Role

As a Master Technician, you'll manage complex diagnostics and repairs across Porsche's full model range. You'll work in a specialized shop environment focused on European and exotic vehicles, where attention to detail and technical mastery directly impact customer satisfaction and vehicle performance. What You'll Do

• Perform advanced diagnostics using Porsche-specific tools and scan equipment to identify mechanical, electrical, and performance issues
• Execute major repairs and overhauls on engines, transmissions, suspensions, braking systems, and complex electrical components
• Conduct thorough maintenance services while maintaining quality documentation and customer communication
• Troubleshoot performance concerns and conduct road testing to validate repairs
• Mentor and collaborate with shop technicians to maintain service excellence and safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven master-level expertise servicing Porsche vehicles across multiple generations
• Advanced knowledge of Porsche diagnostic systems, electrical architecture, and performance parameters
• ASE certification or equivalent credentials strongly preferred
• Self-directed problem-solver with meticulous attention to technical detail
