About the Role

As a Job Coach specializing in schedule coordination, you'll work directly with participants to establish, maintain, and adjust employment schedules that align with their capabilities, interests, and workplace requirements. You'll be the bridge between our clients and their employers, ensuring that everyone has the support needed to thrive in their chosen work environment.

What You'll Do

• Meet with individuals with disabilities to assess their work preferences, abilities, and scheduling constraints
• Coordinate schedule planning with employers, taking into account business needs and participant strengths
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to help participants adapt to their work schedules and job responsibilities
• Monitor schedule compliance and make adjustments as needed to ensure job retention and participant satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records and communicate progress to the broader CIS support team
• Build collaborative relationships with employers and community partners to create sustainable employment opportunities

What We're Looking For

• A commitment to person-centered, individualized support
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication abilities with diverse populations
• Experience working with or advocating for individuals with disabilities (preferred)
• Flexibility and creativity in problem-solving
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Philadelphia area
• High school diploma or equivalent required
