Community Manager

This full-time, salaried position offers a competitive compensation package of $55,000–$65,000 annually, plus quarterly performance incentives, and reports directly to the District Manager.

About the Role

As Community Manager for 52Ten, you'll oversee community engagement initiatives and relationship-building programs that strengthen our presence in the Bryan and Brazos County area. This role combines strategic oversight, team leadership, and hands-on community involvement to ensure our members and partners feel valued and connected to our mission. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for community members and partners, managing multiple ongoing community programs simultaneously.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies that build loyalty and attract new members
• Manage day-to-day community operations, ensuring members receive excellent service and support
• Plan and coordinate community events, workshops, and networking opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with local partners, stakeholders, and community organizations
• Monitor community feedback and respond to member concerns with professionalism and promptness
• Collaborate with leadership on program development and expansion initiatives
• Track community metrics and report progress to the District Manager

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in community management, member relations, or a similar customer-facing leadership role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse groups
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail in managing multiple priorities
• Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and genuine passion for community development
• Proficiency with common office software and comfort learning community management platforms
• Ability to work flexible hours when community events or member needs require it
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Bryan, Texas area
