About the Role

As a Promotions Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our station's promotional operations. In this full-time on-call position, you'll coordinate promotional campaigns, manage contest logistics, and execute activations that connect our audience with on-air talent and exclusive experiences. You'll work closely with our Promotions Director, marketing team, and on-air personalities to bring creative promotional content to life.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate logistics for on-air giveaways, listener contests, and promotional events
• Support live remote broadcasts and community activations throughout North Sacramento
• Manage promotional materials, contest fulfillment, and prize coordination
• Respond to on-call promotional opportunities and time-sensitive requests
• Develop and execute social media promotion and audience engagement campaigns
• Communicate with contest winners, listeners, and community partners
• Track promotional performance and compile reports for the team
• Assist the Promotions Director with special projects and administrative support
