About the Role
As HR People Insights Manager at Brunswick in Libertyville, Lake County, you'll partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to translate complex workforce data into actionable intelligence. You'll own the complete analytics lifecycle—from data collection and management through strategic reporting—while identifying trends and opportunities that inform talent decisions across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain HR data systems, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that track key workforce metrics
- Analyze talent acquisition, retention, engagement, and performance data to uncover patterns and insights
- Support HR strategy initiatives through predictive analytics and workforce forecasting
- Partner with business leaders to interpret people data and recommend evidence-based solutions
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance across all HR reporting systems
- Create clear, compelling communications for HR insights and findings to diverse audiences
What We're Looking For
