About the Role

As a Customer Service Rep I, you'll be the backbone of our order fulfillment operation. This part-time position supports our global foodservice clients who rely on Frymaster's commercial fryer equipment. Your work ensures customer satisfaction and keeps our operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Track and manage incoming customer purchase orders from receipt through delivery
• Process debit and credit memos with accuracy and attention to detail
• Manage logistics coordination and shipment scheduling
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of orders
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to fulfill orders on time
