About the Role
As a Consultant in Growth Consulting at WPP, you'll work alongside senior strategists and analysts to develop transformative solutions for our clients. You'll apply business intelligence, market research, and strategic problem-solving to help organizations identify new revenue streams, optimize operations, and achieve measurable competitive advantage. What You'll Do
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business assessments to uncover growth opportunities
- Synthesize data and insights into clear, actionable strategic recommendations for C-suite audiences
- Develop and stress-test growth strategies, business cases, and financial models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—creative, media, technology, and operations—to translate strategy into execution
- Manage client relationships, presenting findings and maintaining stakeholder confidence
- Contribute to proposal development and new business pitches
- Continuously build expertise in growth frameworks, industry trends, and emerging market dynamics
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, economics, marketing, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business analysis, or corporate development roles
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to distill complex data into clear insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership
- Strategic mindset with curiosity about consumer behavior, market dynamics, and business models
- Project management capability and comfort working across multiple engagements simultaneously
- Collaborative approach and demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams
