Golterman & Sabo, Inc. is hiring a Construction Estimating / Inside Sales Assistant in Webster Groves, Saint Louis County, Missouri. This is a full-time position with a dynamic manufacturer of custom acoustical products serving North American markets.

About the Role

As a Construction Estimating / Inside Sales Assistant at Golterman & Sabo, Inc., you'll support our estimating and inside sales teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll help prepare project estimates, manage customer inquiries, and coordinate communication between sales, production, and clients. This role is essential to keeping our pipeline moving and our customers informed throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Prepare construction estimates for custom acoustical wall panels, ceiling systems, baffles, clouds, and specialty products
• Support inside sales operations by responding to customer inquiries and generating quotes
• Maintain accurate project documentation and cost data in company systems
• Communicate with clients regarding project specifications, timelines, and pricing
• Coordinate between the sales, estimating, and production teams to ensure smooth project transitions
• Handle administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and organization of project files

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business, construction, or related field is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic math abilities for construction estimating
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Interest in learning construction estimating principles and the acoustical products industry
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
