ADP is hiring an entry-level Sales Representative to grow our small business services division in Dublin, Alameda County. You'll work directly with small and mid-market business owners to understand their HR and payroll challenges and guide them toward solutions that improve their operations.

This full-time position is your entry point into B2B enterprise sales. You'll receive comprehensive sales training from day one, access to the latest sales technology, and mentorship from a team that's built a culture of growth and achievement. What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify small business decision-makers who need HR solutions, payroll services, or workforce management tools
- Conduct consultative discovery meetings to understand client pain points and business objectives
- Present and demonstrate ADP solutions tailored to each prospect's specific needs
- Close deals and manage the full sales lifecycle from initial contact through client onboarding
- Build lasting relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to your client base
- Use CRM systems and sales tools to track pipeline activity and forecast results
- Work with sales engineers and specialists to address complex requirements
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation abilities in a business context
- Coachable mindset with resilience and persistence in a sales-driven environment
- Ability to quickly learn complex products and explain them clearly to non-technical buyers
- Self-directed work ethic and drive to exceed sales targets
- Available to work full-time in our Dublin, Alameda County office
