Maintenance Technician

About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician at this Walmart facility, you'll keep critical manufacturing equipment operating at peak performance. This is a full-time position with flexible shift scheduling: night shifts from 8PM to 6AM Tuesday through Friday, or alternatively 5PM to 5AM Saturday through Monday, designed to match your availability.

What You'll Do

• Execute routine maintenance and preventive care on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Respond rapidly to equipment failures to minimize production downtime
• Document maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance requirements
• Work collaboratively with production teams to optimize facility efficiency

Compensation

Walmart offers hourly pay from $32.85 to $36.55, plus a sign-on bonus of up to $8,000 (conditions apply).
