About the Role
As a Junior Veeam Backup Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the reliability and recoverability of our enterprise infrastructure. You'll work onsite in Bellview, supporting backup operations that protect business-critical data and systems across multiple locations. This position offers hands-on experience with industry-leading backup technology and the opportunity to grow in a technical support environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage and monitor enterprise backup operations using Veeam software
- Perform routine backup tasks and ensure recovery point objectives are met
- Support disaster recovery procedures and validate backup integrity
- Document backup configurations and maintain detailed operational logs
- Assist in troubleshooting backup failures and resolving technical issues
- Respond to operational incidents and provide timely support to stakeholders
What We're Looking For
