About the Role
As Graduate Assistant for Men's Volleyball at Clarke University, you will work alongside the coaching staff to contribute to program excellence, student-athlete development, and team success. This role is ideal for individuals pursuing graduate studies or early-career professionals seeking hands-on experience in collegiate athletics.
What You'll Do
- Assist with on-court coaching, skill development drills, and practice organization
- Help coordinate recruiting activities, communications, and prospect evaluation
- Manage team logistics including travel scheduling, equipment, and facilities coordination
- Support student-athlete academic and personal development initiatives
- Maintain records, statistics, video footage, and performance analysis
- Contribute to team culture, mentoring, and compliance with NCAA and institutional policies
What We're Looking For
- Passion for volleyball and commitment to student-athlete success
- Bachelor's degree completed; preference for candidates pursuing or holding a graduate degree
- Playing experience in volleyball or related team sport
- Strong organizational and communication skills
