- Demonstrate makeup application techniques and skincare routines tailored to individual customers
- Build and maintain customer relationships, remembering preferences and follow-up needs
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale systems
- Maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor and stockroom
- Stay current with product knowledge, brand launches, and seasonal promotions
- Support team members and contribute to a positive, inclusive store environment
