About the Role

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair BMW powertrains, electrical systems, and suspension components using factory specifications
• Perform detailed inspections and provide honest assessments of repair needs to customers
• Execute engine rebuilds, transmission service, and complex drivetrain work
• Utilize BMW diagnostic scanners and factory service manuals to resolve issues efficiently
• Handle routine maintenance such as fluid services, filter replacements, and scheduled inspections
• Document work accurately in service records and communicate technical findings clearly
• Test vehicles before and after service to confirm proper operation
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and follow all shop procedures

What We're Looking For

• Master-level certification or extensive hands-on BMW repair experience
• Strong command of BMW mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to work autonomously on challenging diagnostics and repairs
