About the Role
As an owner operator with Smart Gear Logistics LLC, you'll run your own operation with the flexibility to set your schedule and return home when you need to. You'll manage OTR (over-the-road) freight operations with dedicated assignments, transparent load information, and the autonomy to build your own routine.
What You'll Do
- Execute dedicated freight routes across flatbed, refrigerated, power-only, and dry van operations
- Manage your own operation independently while meeting all DOT compliance and safety standards
- Coordinate load pickups and deliveries with full transparency on routes and destinations
- Maintain reliable, on-time service while maintaining the schedule flexibility you need

Let us handle the administrative overhead so you focus on driving and earning. Smart Gear Logistics LLC provides complete support including IFTA management, decal registrations, ELD compliance, and cargo insurance—removing barriers to your success.
Compensation
Earn $6,000 to $7,000 in average gross weekly pay. This is full-time work with genuine schedule flexibility—no forced dispatch, no hidden deductions, just transparent earning potential backed by dedicated routes in the Los Angeles County region and beyond.
What We're Looking For
- Experienced or aspiring owner operator with OTR trucking background
- Valid commercial driver's license with a clean driving record
- Self-motivated professional committed to punctual delivery and customer service
- Ability to manage operations independently and maintain professional communication
