Windermere Real Estate is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Broker to join our team in Madras, Jefferson County. As a full-time broker with our brokerage, you'll lead client relationships, manage transactions, and grow your practice within a community-focused organization committed to professional integrity and client success.

About the Role

This is a full-time position for an experienced real estate professional licensed to operate as a broker in Oregon. You'll work directly with buyers and sellers in the Madras market, representing clients through all stages of the transaction process. Your role combines client relationship management with the business leadership and regulatory responsibilities that come with a broker license.

What You'll Do

• Represent buyers and sellers through complete transaction cycles, from initial consultation through closing
• Build and maintain a growing client base through relationship development and personalized service
• Conduct property showings, perform market analysis, and develop pricing strategies for your clients
• Manage transaction documentation, coordination, and compliance with Oregon real estate regulations
• Participate in professional networking and community engagement in the Madras and Jefferson County area
• Maintain your Oregon real estate broker license and remain current with continuing education and industry standards
• Contribute to Windermere Real Estate's commitment to client service excellence and community involvement

What We're Looking For

• Valid Oregon Real Estate Broker license (required)
• Proven track record in residential real estate sales and client representation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build client trust
• Self-directed professional who effectively manages client relationships and transaction pipelines
• Dedication to ethical practice and regulatory compliance
• Knowledge of the Madras, Jefferson County, or Central Oregon real estate market (preferred)
• Commitment to active community engagement and professional development
