Live Event Executive Producer-CPG

Creative Producers Group, a premier experiential marketing agency headquartered in Saint Louis, Saint Louis County, seeks a Full-Time Live Event Executive Producer to lead strategy and execution for high-impact corporate events across our Fortune 500 client portfolio.

About the Role

As Live Event Executive Producer, you'll direct large-scale experiential programs that shape how leading brands—including Southwest Airlines, Ulta Beauty, Yum! Brands, and Jimmy John's—engage employees and business partners. This full-time position requires you to manage end-to-end event strategy, from initial concept through post-event analysis, ensuring each activation delivers measurable business outcomes and brand impact.

What You'll Do

• Lead strategic planning and creative direction for corporate events spanning recruitment drives, employee onboarding, training initiatives, and recognition programs
• Manage budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and cross-functional teams to deliver polished, on-brand experiences
• Develop event concepts that align with client objectives and resonate with target audiences
• Oversee production logistics, technical elements, and day-of execution to ensure flawless delivery
• Gather attendee feedback and metrics to evaluate program success and inform future strategy
• Collaborate closely with clients, internal creative teams, and vendors to refine concepts and solve challenges

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years producing or directing corporate events, experiential activations, or large-scale programs
• Proven ability to manage complex timelines, multiple stakeholders, and significant budgets
• Strong creative vision paired with project management discipline
• Experience in corporate communications, employee engagement, or consumer brand marketing
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Passion for creating memorable, results-driven experiences
