About the Role

• Prepare stocks, soups, and sauces following standardized culinary methods
• Execute braising, boiling, and roasting techniques to prepare menu items according to specifications
• Cook items using sauté, frying, grilling, steaming, and baking methods as required
• Coordinate and oversee food preparation to maintain quality standards throughout service
• Maintain food safety protocols and kitchen sanitation standards consistently
