Project Manager Direct Mail Operations

Amsive is seeking a Project Manager for Direct Mail Operations at our facility in Bolingbrook, Will County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to drive efficiency and quality across our high-volume print and mail manufacturing operation, working alongside a dedicated team committed to excellence.

About the Role

You'll manage the end-to-end coordination of direct mail production projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. From intake through delivery, you'll oversee timelines, resources, and workflows across production, quality, and client-facing teams. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on problem-solving using state-of-the-art printing and mailing systems.

What You'll Do

• Schedule and oversee direct mail production runs on advanced equipment, ensuring projects stay on track and meet client specifications
• Coordinate across production, quality, and logistics teams to execute projects on deadline
• Monitor production metrics and workflows, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Troubleshoot production delays or quality concerns and implement solutions in real time
• Maintain accurate project documentation and deliver regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with operational and safety standards throughout all production activities

What We're Looking For

• Proven project management experience in manufacturing, production, or operations-focused environments
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, with ability to balance multiple concurrent projects
• Knowledge of or demonstrated interest in print, mail, or high-volume production workflows
• Excellent communication skills—you'll partner effectively with production staff, quality teams, and external clients
• Problem-solving orientation and ability to remain composed under deadline pressure
• Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and on-time delivery
