Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a full-time Production Associate 1 for our Cooling Room operation at a US location. This 2nd shift position (3:45 pm – 12:15 am) offers an hourly wage of $17.25 and the chance to work in our dynamic Glass Department. About the Role
As a Production Associate 1, you'll serve as an Argon/Patching Operator in our Cooling Room, where you'll fill and seal Insulated Glass (IG) units. This position combines hands-on technical work with consistent output demands, operating in an environment that values precision, speed, and safety. Your work keeps our glass production process moving smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Fill and seal Insulated Glass units using argon gas and patching methods in the cooling area
- Operate equipment to process and monitor IG units through the cooling stage
- Maintain production efficiency while upholding quality standards
- Keep your work station clean and organized according to safety guidelines
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets
- Alert supervisors to any equipment concerns or quality issues
