About the Role
Whether you're stepping into a Lead Carpenter position or joining our crew as a skilled Carpenter, you'll be at the heart of high-quality remodeling projects across the Bismarck-Mandan area. We're looking for professionals who take pride in precision work, respect project timelines, and collaborate well with team members. Lead Carpenters will oversee job execution and mentor crew members; all carpenters will work on framing, finishing, custom installations, and renovation tasks that demand accuracy and care.
What You'll Do
- Execute framing, structural work, and finish carpentry on residential remodeling projects
- Read blueprints and follow specifications to ensure precision and quality
- Collaborate with estimators, homeowners, and crews to meet project timelines and budgets
- Maintain safe work practices and uphold construction standards and local codes
- Lead Carpenters: supervise daily job tasks, oversee crew work quality, and support team development
What We're Looking For
- Proven carpentry experience in residential remodeling or new construction
- Strong knowledge of framing, finishing, and building codes
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work across the Bismarck-Mandan region
- Attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Lead Carpenter candidates: demonstrated leadership and crew coordination experience
