About the Role
As Campus Director, you'll shape the educational and operational vision for our Waco campus. This full-time leadership position offers the opportunity to build high-performing teams, drive student success, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster an environment where students thrive and launch rewarding careers.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and manage campus staff to support student recruitment, retention, and graduation
- Oversee campus budget, strategic initiatives, and day-to-day operations
- Develop partnerships with community employers and educational stakeholders
- Maintain accreditation, regulatory compliance, and institutional quality standards
- Drive enrollment and foster a welcoming, inclusive campus culture
- Collaborate with instructors to deliver high-quality career education programs
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in educational leadership, campus management, or institutional administration
- Strong financial and business management skills with P&L responsibility
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Passion for career and technical education
- Ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant professional experience will be considered
