About the Role

As Shift Leader at our West Peabody location, you'll oversee all aspects of store operations during your shifts. You'll work alongside crew members to maintain food quality, speed of service, and a positive atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll make immediate decisions, solve problems on the fly, and set the tone for an engaged, reliable team.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise crew members, ensuring smooth operations and consistent service quality
• Train new and existing team members on Dunkin' standards and procedures
• Prepare food and beverages while maintaining health and safety standards
• Handle cash registers, process transactions, and manage end-of-shift reconciliation
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure stock levels support demand
• Open and close the store, including equipment setup and facility checks
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues with professionalism
• Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with company policies
