About the Role

As a CDL-A Delivery Truck Driver, you'll operate commercial vehicles to deliver food products and supplies to restaurants, healthcare facilities, and other foodservice customers throughout the region. What You'll Do

• Safely operate and maintain commercial delivery trucks in full compliance with Department of Transportation regulations
• Execute delivery routes and manage schedules to ensure on-time, accurate product delivery
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
• Load, unload, and organize freight with careful attention to product integrity and safety
• Provide professional, courteous service to delivery recipients and build positive customer relationships
• Maintain accurate delivery records and transaction documentation
• Uphold all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a clean driving record

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving history
• Current Department of Transportation medical certification
• Physical ability to lift and move freight safely and efficiently
• Strong organizational and route planning skills
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and regulatory compliance

Compensation

Drivers begin with a training base rate of $33.43 per hour. Following successful completion of training, compensation transitions to component-based pay determined by miles driven, cases delivered, and stops completed, plus hourly pay for downtime and administrative time.
