About the Role

As Marketing Manager, you'll own the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that showcase Avison Young's depth of expertise in commercial real estate services. You'll collaborate across departments to elevate our market visibility, strengthen client relationships, and support business development efforts through compelling, data-informed campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives and market opportunities
• Create and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences
• Produce high-quality marketing content including case studies, thought leadership pieces, and promotional materials
• Coordinate marketing events, webinars, and industry conferences to build brand awareness
• Manage the company's digital presence and monitor market trends and competitive positioning
• Track marketing performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Work closely with brokers, advisors, and business development teams to align messaging with client needs

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in commercial real estate, professional services, or B2B environments
• Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive, professional content
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and marketing analytics tools
• Project management expertise and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Demonstrated understanding of commercial real estate markets or advisory services (a plus)
