Later is hiring a full-time Account Manager – Creator Affiliate for our Highland Park, Dallas headquarters. This role sits at the intersection of influencer strategy and partnership growth, where you'll manage high-value creator relationships and drive campaign success on our AI-powered influencer marketing platform.

About the Role

As an Account Manager for Creator Affiliate at Later, you'll own the relationship between our platform, our creator partners, and the brands they work with. You'll be the strategic voice helping creators maximize earnings while ensuring brands achieve their campaign goals through authentic, measurable partnerships. This is a business development role wrapped in an account management package—you'll grow affiliate revenue while strengthening creator loyalty and platform engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with high-potential creator partners, understanding their audience, content style, and business objectives
  • Guide creators through campaign opportunities, negotiation, and execution, ensuring smooth collaboration with brands
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within your creator portfolio, driving incremental revenue growth
  • Provide strategic counsel to creators on monetization, brand fit, and long-term partnership development
  • Monitor affiliate campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver insights that improve creator and brand outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams—marketing, operations, and partnerships—to align creator needs with platform capabilities
  • Track metrics, report on portfolio health, and identify trends that inform strategy adjustments

What We're Looking For

  • Proven account management, partnership, or business development experience (ideally in creator economy, influencer marketing, or affiliate/performance marketing)
  • Strong communication skills—you explain strategy clearly to creators and translate their feedback to internal stakeholders
  • Sales and negotiation acumen; comfort with targets, forecasting, and closing deals
  • Understanding of influencer marketing, creator economics, or digital media (or strong capacity to learn quickly)
  • Relationship-building mindset; you're energized by partnership success, not just transactions
  • Self-directed and organized; you manage multiple priorities and proactively solve problems
  • Analytical curiosity; you use data to inform decisions and measure your impact
