Therapist

Health Connect America, Inc is hiring a full-time Therapist to join our clinical team in Waynesboro, Wayne County. This is an opportunity to provide mental health support and counseling services to individuals in our community who are seeking professional care.

About the Role

As a Therapist with Health Connect America, Inc, you will conduct individual and group therapy sessions, develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans, and help clients work through emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. You'll work in a supportive clinical environment where your expertise directly impacts client outcomes and community wellbeing.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and intake interviews
• Design and execute individualized therapy treatment plans based on client needs and clinical judgment
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions across a range of presenting concerns
• Document clinical notes, progress, and outcomes according to regulatory and organizational standards
• Participate in case consultation and clinical supervision as needed
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and ethical standards
• Communicate with other healthcare providers and care coordinators to support integrated care

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree or higher in a clinical mental health field (counseling, social work, psychology, or related discipline)
• Valid state licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent) or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills
• Experience working with diverse client populations
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative clinical team
