What You'll Do

  • Direct contract lifecycle management from initial need through execution, monitoring, and renewal
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to meet university standards and protect institutional interests
  • Design and implement procurement processes and approval frameworks that enhance efficiency
  • Oversee vendor selection, performance tracking, and ongoing relationship management
  • Maintain contract records and documentation systems with precision and accuracy
  • Partner with legal, finance, and academic departments on procurement strategy
  • Identify process improvements that reduce administrative friction and strengthen outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years managing contracts, procurement operations, or vendor relationships
  • Deep understanding of contract law, procurement principles, and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Strong written and spoken communication with attention to detail
  • Experience with contract management software and business systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Law, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Analytical mindset with organizational skills and strategic thinking
