Senior Customer Success Manager

GenLogs Corporation is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager in Richmond, Richmond County for a full-time role on the customer success team. You'll lead strategic partnerships with enterprise clients who depend on Truck Intelligence™—the platform trusted by brokers, carriers, shippers, insurance companies, and port operators for real-time freight visibility and operational intelligence.

About the Role

In this position, you'll own the end-to-end customer experience for our most important clients in the freight and logistics industry. You'll drive adoption of our platform, ensure clients achieve measurable business outcomes, and build retention programs that deepen their reliance on our solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic thinking with tactical execution.

What You'll Do

• Manage strategic relationships with enterprise clients across freight, logistics, and supply chain operations
• Lead implementation and onboarding initiatives that align our platform with client business objectives
• Identify expansion opportunities and drive revenue growth within existing customer accounts
• Develop health monitoring programs and risk mitigation strategies to reduce churn
• Conduct business reviews and present customer success metrics and optimization recommendations
• Collaborate with product, operations, and sales teams to address client needs and enhance platform capabilities
• Serve as the primary escalation point and strategic advisor for key accounts

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of customer success, account management, or enterprise sales experience
• Demonstrated success managing complex relationships with C-level stakeholders and Fortune 500 clients
• Strong background in logistics, freight, carrier operations, or supply chain management
• Expertise with SaaS platforms and experience tracking customer success metrics
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with technical and business audiences
• Strategic thinker with ability to balance multiple accounts and competing priorities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field
