About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Die Maker to join our production team and support the design and fabrication of metal stamping tooling. You'll work with both progressive and transfer die systems that are critical to our body panel and structural component manufacturing. This hands-on role combines technical skill with attention to precision, requiring someone who can work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

What You'll Do

• Construct, modify, and service progressive dies and transfer dies used in high-volume automotive stamping operations
• Interpret engineering blueprints and CAD documentation to guide fabrication and assembly work
• Operate CNC machines, EDM equipment, and traditional machining tools to produce and fit die components with tight tolerances
• Conduct die trials and validate forming processes to ensure quality output
• Diagnose and resolve issues with die performance, material flow, and component fitment
• Maintain organized documentation and work within quality and safety standards

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a Die Maker in an automotive or manufacturing setting
• Strong ability to read and understand technical blueprints and CAD files
• Hands-on proficiency with CNC machinery, EDM (electrical discharge machining), and conventional machining equipment
• Solid understanding of die design principles and metal stamping processes
• Capability to perform precision fitting and assembly work
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and craftsmanship
