We're a growing technology services firm supporting critical defense missions, and we're seeking an accomplished network professional to join our team as a full-time employee.

About the Role

In this senior-level position, you'll support our Navy customer operations in Lexington Park, Maryland, taking ownership of complex network infrastructure and ensuring reliable, secure communications for mission-critical systems. Your expertise will be essential to maintaining and advancing our customer's technological capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network architecture and infrastructure
• Manage network security protocols and ensure compliance with defense security requirements
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support mission objectives
• Monitor network performance and optimize systems for efficiency and reliability
• Document network configurations and maintain current system records
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior team members

What We're Looking For

• Valid Top Secret security clearance (required)
• Senior-level experience with network administration and engineering
• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise network design and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of network security, protocols, and defense standards
• Experience supporting military or government customers preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a mission-focused environment
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
