About the Role

In this flexible role, you'll maintain product displays, ensure retail presentation standards meet brand expectations, and contribute to customer experience. This is a non-exempt, hourly position with variable hours designed around your availability.
What You'll Do
- Set up and maintain product displays according to brand standards and company guidelines
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise throughout assigned retail floor areas
- Monitor and audit displays to ensure consistent compliance and visual appeal
- Report inventory discrepancies and restocking needs to management
- Support merchandise installation for new product rollouts and seasonal displays
- Maintain professional appearance and organization of retail environments
