Join Post Holdings Inc. as a Poultry Care Person in Bloomfield, Nebraska, where you'll contribute to cage-free poultry operations for Michael Foods Inc., a recognized leader in food processing and distribution. This is a full-time position on our Farm Operations and Production team.

About the Role

We're looking for a dedicated individual to support the daily care and management of poultry in our cage-free farming environment. You'll play a key role in maintaining the health, safety, and welfare of our birds while ensuring our operations meet the highest standards for food production and animal husbandry.

What You'll Do

• Monitor poultry health and behavior throughout daily rounds, identifying and reporting any signs of illness or welfare concerns
• Manage feed and water systems to ensure consistent, clean access for all birds
• Maintain facility cleanliness and equipment functionality to support optimal living conditions
• Conduct routine inspections of the cage-free environment and documentation as required
• Follow established biosecurity protocols to prevent disease and support flock health
• Support team efforts to maintain efficient, humane operations
• Respond promptly to operational needs and contribute to a safety-focused workplace

What We're Looking For

• Physical capability to perform farm work, including standing for extended periods and handling equipment
• Willingness to work a full-time schedule in a farm production environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to animal welfare and food safety standards
• Reliable transportation to Bloomfield, Nebraska
• Ability to work collaboratively with a farming team
• Prior farm or livestock experience is a plus, though we welcome candidates eager to learn
