We're looking for an energetic retail leader to support the store manager and keep our Liberal location running smoothly. What You'll Do
- Oversee daily floor operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management
- Lead, train, and motivate sales associates to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Process transactions, handle cash management, and ensure point-of-sale accuracy
- Manage store opening and closing procedures; handle customer concerns professionally
- Support promotions, sales events, and seasonal transitions
- Maintain store cleanliness, security, and compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with the store manager on goals, scheduling, and performance metrics
What We're Looking For
- Retail or customer service experience, ideally in a supervisory or assistant manager role
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Comfortable with point-of-sale systems, cash handling, and basic inventory tracking
- Passion for fashion and genuine interest in helping customers find styles they love
- Flexibility to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends
