About the Role
As an RWD Engagement Manager at Norstella, you'll serve as the critical bridge between our real-world data solutions and the healthcare organizations that benefit from them. You'll manage stakeholder relationships, coordinate data collection efforts, and ensure seamless collaboration across clinical sites and internal teams to deliver high-quality real-world evidence that informs critical healthcare decisions.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinical research sites, and key decision-makers to support RWD initiatives
- Manage end-to-end engagement projects from planning and setup through data collection and validation
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to clinical sites and data contributors
- Monitor data quality, protocol adherence, and site performance; address issues proactively
- Coordinate communication between clinical partners, internal teams, and project stakeholders
- Track engagement metrics and prepare reports on project progress and outcomes
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement solutions to optimize site participation and data integrity
What We're Looking For
- Experience in healthcare, pharma, clinical research, or patient engagement
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and cross-functional projects
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with real-world data concepts or healthcare operations
- Project management experience and comfort with data-driven work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
