SAP – Production Planning – PP – Manager – Consulting – Location OPEN

EY is seeking a SAP Production Planning Manager to join our consulting practice and help enterprise clients optimize their manufacturing operations through strategic SAP technology implementation. Based in Redstone Arsenal, Madison County, this full-time role focuses on designing and delivering production planning solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth.

About the Role

You'll partner with enterprise clients to leverage the SAP Production Planning (PP) module as a cornerstone of operational transformation. Your expertise will shape how organizations streamline production schedules, balance capacity constraints, and align manufacturing with demand—turning planning challenges into competitive advantages.

What You'll Do

• Lead SAP Production Planning implementations and optimization engagements from discovery through go-live
• Assess client production environments and design PP module configurations that align with business objectives and industry practices
• Define master scheduling, materials planning, and capacity optimization strategies using SAP functionality
• Develop detailed project plans, scope documentation, and resource requirements for consulting deliverables
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand manufacturing workflows, planning pain points, and organizational priorities
• Mentor implementation teams and guide clients through complex SAP deployments and system adoption
• Present strategic recommendations and results to executive leadership

What We're Looking For

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Production Planning (PP) module configuration and implementation
• 5+ years in SAP consulting, production planning, or operations roles
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, demand planning, supply chain integration, and master scheduling
• Proven ability to manage client engagements, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver projects on schedule
• Strong communication skills and talent for translating business requirements into technical solutions
• SAP certification (or demonstrated equivalent expertise)
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related discipline
