About the Role
As a Law Firm Intake Specialist, you'll be the welcoming presence in our Jonesboro office for Law Offices of Gary Martin Hays & Associates, P.C. This full-time position focuses on connecting with prospective clients, understanding their legal needs, and guiding them smoothly into our intake and onboarding process. Your interpersonal skills and careful attention to detail will directly shape client experience and operational effectiveness.
What You'll Do
- Greet and speak with prospective clients, actively listening to understand the circumstances of their legal matters
- Engage with empathy and professionalism when discussing sensitive case information
- Complete client intake forms and onboarding documentation with accuracy and completeness
- Record and manage client information within practice management systems
- Facilitate the transition of new clients into the next stages of legal engagement
What We're Looking For
- A friendly and energetic approach that helps clients feel comfortable
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Clear communication skills and capacity for active listening
- Comfort with data entry and willingness to master practice management software
- Prior legal experience helpful but not required
- Spanish language skills a plus
