Employment Law Attorney

Insight Global, Inc. seeks an experienced Employment Law Attorney to join our team in Tarzana, California. This is a full-time position offering a hybrid work arrangement that balances in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

About the Role

As an Employment Law Attorney with Insight Global, Inc., you'll provide strategic counsel to businesses and individuals navigating complex employment law matters. Working onsite three days per week and remotely two days from our Woodland Hills office, you'll build a thriving practice by combining legal expertise with strong business acumen.

What You'll Do

• Advise clients on employment agreements, workplace policies, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Handle employment disputes, litigation, and arbitration matters from negotiation through resolution
• Draft and negotiate employment contracts, severance agreements, and personnel policies
• Ensure clients remain compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Develop and strengthen client relationships, including identifying new business opportunities
• Provide guidance on workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour issues

What We're Looking For

• Juris Doctor degree and active bar admission in California
• Demonstrated experience practicing employment law
• Strong analytical, research, and legal writing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters simultaneously
• Business development mindset and client-focused approach
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences and contexts

Compensation

This position offers a competitive base salary of $130,000–$140,000 annually, based on your experience level, qualifications, and skills. Additional compensation includes performance bonuses for exceeding expectations and incentives for bringing new clients to the firm.
