Join Klasko Immigration Law Partners as an Associate in our Middle West, Philadelphia County office. This is a full-time legal position focused on employment-based immigration law, where you'll counsel corporate clients on visa sponsorships, work authorizations, and immigration compliance. With 4+ years of hands-on experience in employment immigration, you'll grow your practice alongside experienced partners in one of the nation's leading immigration law firms. The salary range is $145,000–$165,000, commensurate with your experience.

About the Role

As an Associate at Klasko Immigration Law Partners, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of employment-based immigration matters for corporate clients nationwide. This role combines client relationship building, legal research, case strategy, and regulatory compliance across the full spectrum of work-based immigration law, working closely with firm partners.

What You'll Do

• Handle employment visa applications, including H-1B, L-1, EB-1C, and other visa categories for corporate sponsors
• Prepare immigration petitions, labor certification applications, and supporting documentation
• Advise clients on immigration compliance, workforce planning, and strategic hiring initiatives
• Conduct legal research and case analysis on immigration law developments and case precedent
• Communicate with clients, government agencies, and immigration authorities on case status and strategy
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates to deliver high-quality legal counsel

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in employment-based immigration law
• Strong knowledge of USCIS regulations, visa categories, and immigration procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet regulatory deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and legal research abilities
• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to a state bar
